The customer has the right to withdraw from a contract within fourteen days from the beginning of the contract without giving reasons by means of a clear and written statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). In order to comply with the cancellation period, we must receive the withdraw letter or email before the end of the withdrawal period (14 days).

A customer who wants to exercise the right to withdraw from a contract within the 14 day period will receive a refund. In the case no services were provided to the customer Acropolis Dry Cleaners will refund the amount paid by the customer less (i) a ten percent (10%) processing fee.

In the case that Acropolis Dry Cleaners has provided services to the customer from the refund will be deducted the amount of services provided in addition the ten percent (10%) processing fee.

After such fourteen-day period, Acropolis Dry Cleaners shall have no obligation to refund any amounts paid by the customer, but it may choose to do so in its sole and absolute discretion. Any other costs related to the service (e.g. delivery costs) will be paid by the customer.

Acropolis Dry Cleaners has the right to withdraw from a contract during the serviced period. Acropolis Dry Cleaners will notice the customer by means of a clear and written statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) for the termination of the contract.
In that case any goods in the possession of Acropolis Dry Cleaners will be returned to the customer at the expense of the customer considering all payments have been completed.
