As the largest dry-cleaning chain on the island, with 11 stores across Cyprus, Acropolis Dry Cleaners strives to deliver the best possible results. Our experienced and specialized staff ensure excellent service every time.

To maintain the highest cleaning standards, we kindly ask our valued customers to help us tackle stubborn stains! Some stains cannot be removed due to improper pre-treatment or incorrect cleaning attempts at home before bringing the garment to us.

Mr. Lenos Heracleous, Production Manager at Acropolis Dry Cleaners, shares some useful tips on keeping your clothes spotlessly clean!

Helpful Tips for Clothing Care:

  • Suits, skirt suits, and matching sets should always be cleaned together, even if they are not equally soiled. Cleaning them separately may cause color variations.
  • Be cautious when purchasing clothing. Unfortunately, many cheap imitations of branded manufacturers are on the market. Their poor quality and added materials can create issues during cleaning.
  • Trust our expertise. Our dry cleaners know the best cleaning methods to avoid damaging your clothes. Consult professionals before attempting any cleaning method that might irreversibly harm your garments.
  • Certain fabrics and household items, such as curtains, duvets, and down-filled items, require high-standard mechanical equipment. Professional dry-cleaning machines ensure their longevity while also being a cost-effective solution.

Important Advice:

Never store formal wear without cleaning, even if you have only worn it once.
Over time, stains become more persistent and harder to remove.
