Key Responsibilities

· Oversee daily operations of the Shoe Cleaning Department to ensure efficiency.

· Perform quality cleaning of shoes, suitcases, and related items.

· Communicate effectively with Store Operators to provide outstanding customer service.

· Monitor inventory and supplies, ensuring stock levels meet demand.

· Accurately input orders and pricing into the system.

· Address customer comments and complaints with professionalism and care.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

· Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

· Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Organization & Operations.

Qualifications

· Proficiency in Greek and English (spoken and written).
