Night Shift Supervisor

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Night Shift Supervisor to join our team and oversee our night operations.

Job Description: As a Night Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the night shift operations to ensure the efficient processing of dry cleaning orders, maintaining high-quality standards, and providing excellent customer service. Your role will involve supervising a team of employees, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and addressing any issues that arise during the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the night shift team.
• Ensure all dry cleaning orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate any important information to the day shift supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a dry cleaning or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of dry cleaning processes and equipment is an advantage.
