Job Description: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, and supervising staff. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
  • Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Store Operations:
  • Open and close the store in accordance with company procedures.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Manage daily cash flow, including transactions and deposits.
• Inventory Management:
  • Monitor stock levels and order new inventory as needed.
  • Receive, unpack, and store merchandise.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and resolve discrepancies.
• Sales:
  • Promote products and services to meet sales goals.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Assist with promotions and in-store marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in customer service, management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
